Ralph Mueller - Eclipse Ecosystem Director / Eclipse Foundation

 

Ralph Mueller started working for the Eclipse Foundation in September 2005. A computer scientist by trade, he sees the main focus of his work in the exploration and building of the European Eclipse Eco System. In addition to this, he is one of the main contact points in Central Europe for companies and individuals that want to use Eclipse, provide services around Eclipse or contribute to Eclipse. Based on his past experience, he is also exploring collaboration with industries such as Automotive or Aerospace with the goal to promote the Eclipse idea into these areas.
Having been a software developer and a manager of software development teams in various companies, Ralph joined Object Technology International (OTI) in 1994, where he helped to found the European OTI organisation with its most prominent member, the OTI lab in Zurich - one of the cradles of Eclipse technology.
Ralph then joined IBM, where he served as a lead architect for one of IBM's strategic initiatives for the Automotive industries.

 

Janet Campbell - IP Director / Eclipse Foundation

 

Janet Campbell is Legal Counsel & Manager, Intellectual Property at the Eclipse Foundation and is  responsible for the review of intellectual property proposed for inclusion in Eclipse open source projects.  This review includes examining both the provenance of the intellectual property and license compatibility.

 

Eliane Fourgeau - VP Sales & Marketing / Geensys 

Eliane received her PhD and MS degrees from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Paris. She began her career as a Research Engineer working for a prominent French oil group, where she joined Prof. Morlet advanced research team on Gabor Wavelets, transitioning then on signal processing activities. She spent 2 years in California developing a novel range of integrated circuits and associated development tools, targeting innovative telecommunication & consumer products. This is how she entered the vibrant EDA ecosystem, dominated by US firms, start-ups and large companies, where she held successively different managerial Marketing and Sales positions at the international level. Prior to joining TNI-Software in 2005, she was European Sales Director at Cadence in charge of developing Cadence System Business.

  

Stéphane Lizeray and Romain Raugi / Ilog - An IBM Company 

Stéphane Lizeray is a Senior Architect with ILOG's Visualization R&D team. He joined ILOG in 2000. He has participated in the development of JViews Diagrammer. His principal focus is now on Eclipse development. Prior to joining ILOG, he worked at Digitalk/V where he worked on the Smalltalk/V library. He holds an engineering degree from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in 1999.

Romain Raugi has been working as a Software Engineer in ILOG's Visualization R&D team since he joined the Company in 2006. He has spent most of his time developing ILOG JViews Graph Layout for Eclipse, with a particular focus on the GMF integration.

 

Vincent Ducrohet - Pre Sales engineer / Ingres 

 

 

At Ingres, Vincet Ducrohet is system engineer for southern Europe. One part of his role is to animate the community of the Ingres Database RDBMS. He manages also the relation with Ingres technology partners to develop and deliver innovating solutions.

Prior to join Ingres, Vincent was in charge of the technical relations with partners at Quark Inc. Vincent has an engineer diploma from a Frenc engineering school named EFREI.

  

Dr Frédéric Thomas - Embedded Systems / Obeo 

 

Dr. Frédéric Thomas received an engineering degree in real-time and embedded systems from the french engineering school ESEO in 2005, and a PhD in model driven engineering from the University of Evry, France in 2008. During his PhD, he worked on execution platform modeling. He contributed on the UML profile for Modeling and Analysis of Real-Time and Embedded systems (MARTE). He has joined Obeo in November, 2008, to make research and development on model driven technologies applied to real-time and embedded systems.

 

Philippe Krief - Senior Architect / IBM Rational

 

Philippe Krief is a Senior Software Architect at the IBM Rational Paris Laboratory in Toulouse, France. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Paris. Philippe has over 25 years of industry experience at IBM and elsewhere. He has held a variety of technical and management positions developing products in automotive, embedded software, banking, and the insurance industries with a special focus on application development tools. Philippe is a committer for the Eclipse/eRCP project. In June 2006 he joined the Jazz Jumpstart team to assist world wide customers in the adoption and deployment of the Rational Team Concert product which is based on.the Jazz platform.

 

 

Emmanuel Walckenar - CEO  / Anyware Technologies

 

 Emmanuel Walckenaer is the Senior Vice President and General management of Sierra Wireless Solutions and Services since May 2009 and Anyware Technologies CEO. He joined Anyware Technologies in February 2008, after the acquisition of the company by Wavecom. He has held the post of senior executive in charge of the Wavecom Remote Device Management Service business since 2007. Mr. Walckenaer brings nearly 20 years of experience in service-business management to Wavecom. During his ten-year career at Gemplus – now Gemalto, he created the Over-the-Air software offer -- complete with a support hotline and training unit. He also headed-up the EMEA wireless service branch and set-up the North and South American Gemplus service organization to support both telecom and ID Security. At Gemplus he also served as Senior VP for the Wireless Product-Telecom Business Unit . Prior to Gemplus, he worked with Esso where he helds various positions in the field of IT, marketing and business development. Mr. Walckenaer is a French national and holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale, Paris. 

 

Benjamin Cabé - Eclipse Expert / Anyware Technologies

 Benjamin is a technical expert at Anyware Technologies, passionated about Eclipse and its ecosystem. He is very involved in the Eclipse community and a committer on the PDE incubator, working on introducing models inside the plug-in development tooling. He is also worldwide known as the winner of the Ganymede's T-Shirt contest :-)

 

Gaëtan Morice - Eclipse Expert / Anyware Technologies

 

 

Gaetan Morice is head of the Eclipse Products Team at Anyware Technologies. He leads Eclipse based IDE projects for embedded software tooling that involve lots of cool Eclipse technologies such as EMF, CDT, TM and DLTK. He also leads research efforts on alternative JVM languages use in Eclipse plugins development.

 

David Sciamma - Eclipse Technical Manager / Anyware Technologies

 

 

David is manager of the Eclipse Development Team at Anyware Technologies and is leading a EMFT component : Ecore Tools. He also spends time giving Eclipse trainings and consultings on Eclipse, EMF, GMF, RCP... and other cool Eclipse stuff.
